Do you need help setting up call queues and auto attendants? Auto attendants let people call your organization and navigate a menu system to speak to the right department, call queue, person, or an operator.

Call queues provide a method of routing callers to people in your organization who can help with a particular issue or question. Calls are distributed one at a time to the people in the queue.



Users & Licenses

How many people will be using Microsoft Teams Voice? How many people will need to make and receive phone calls from Microsoft Teams to external phone numbers?
Do you want us to supply the licenses required for Microsoft Teams Voice? Microsoft Teams Voice requires each user to have a Microsoft 365 license. Additional licenses may be required also. We can supply all the required Microsoft Licenses, you can purchase them through a third-party.

What type of Microsoft licensing do you currently use? Some Microsoft 365 Licenses include all the parts you need to get up and running, others require add-ons to be purchased. Let us know which licenses you currently have and we will recommend the right licensing for your organisation.
Do you need audio conferencing? If you need audio conferencing, it will affect which Microsoft add-on license we recommend.

How many meeting rooms need Microsoft Teams Voice? How many meeting rooms do you have that will need access to Teams Voice?
How many common areas need Microsoft Teams Voice? A common area phone is typically placed in a shared area that is available to many people to make a call; for example, a reception area or lobby. You will also need a Teams Voice certified hardware phone, which can be purchased separately.

Number Ranges

Where are your numbers located? Hosting of international numbers is not included in Microsoft Teams Voice.


How many existing individual phone numbers do you have? Individual means these numbers are not part of a range. If you wish to use your existing numbers with Microsoft Teams Voice, they will need to be ported to Fastrack Technology.
How many existing number ranges do you have? If you have any existing number ranges you would like to use with Microsoft Teams Voice, they will need to be ported to Fastrack Technology.

How many new phone numbers do you need to procure? If you don't have existing numbers you want to keep, or there aren't enough of them for all your users, we can supply new number ranges for you. You will need at least as many numbers as you have users, meeting rooms, common areas and auto attendants combined.
